PulsBooks ("we", "our", "the app") is a QuickBooks Online integration that automates invoice-level class assignment based on shipping address data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

When you connect your QuickBooks Online company to our app, we access the following data through the QuickBooks API:

Your data is stored on a secure server hosted by Hetzner Cloud (Hillsboro, OR, USA). OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted database. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

We retain your connection data (OAuth tokens and class mapping rules) for as long as your QuickBooks company is connected to our app. When you disconnect, your data is removed.

6. Your Rights

You can disconnect your QuickBooks company at any time, which will remove all stored data associated with your company. You may also request data deletion by contacting us.
